DNS migration locked & 404 regression closed
Rebuilt the static hosting stack on GitHub Pages, re-pointed GoDaddy DNS to the 185.199.x.x edge, and verified HTTPS enforcement. Manual curl checks now return HTTP 200 with GitHub certificates on root and www.
